Please email me within a week from purchasing, and I can let you know if it is possible to change charms/bow color (depending on availability) at no extra cost. Any major changes will need to be a custom order~

Ears are handmade so there may be imperfections. I do not do returns/refunds for handmade items. If there is an issue with a pair of ears please email or message me so I can help with fixes and resolve the issue ♡˚✧₊⁎
